Ada County's Original Club
The first Boys & Girls Club in Ada County was opened in Garden City in 1997. The location at 610 East 42 Street began as a 5000 square foot Clubhouse. As the need for after school program space increased the Board of Directors launched a capital campaign and the community responded with amazing generosity. In 2000 the project was complete and the Clubhouse went from 5000 to 27,000 square feet of program space which included a full gymnasium. A lead gift of $500,000 form W.H. and Martha Moseley made the completion of facility possible and the Moseley Center was dedicated in honor of their commitment to the Youth of Ada County.
