Meridian's New Boys & Girls Club

To meet the growing demand for quality after-school programming in the community of Meridian the Board of Directors realized that it was necessary to find a facility that has sufficient program space.  The previous Clubhouse was simply outgrown by need. Families whose children were in need of the services provided by the Boys & Girls Clubs were being turned away due to lack of adequate space to safely run programs.   The new Meridian Clubhouse opened the doors of the spacious new facility on October 9th, 2008.  The Clubhouse has ample space to run programs and offers a dedicated teen center.   There are future plans to build a gymnasium on the grounds and the Club is able to keep its promise to not turn any child away.
